So I had the power cut to the freezer over night and woke up this morning to find my frozen yeast bank defrosted.
Should I makes starters, give them all a feed and start again?
Will they be alright if I just let them refreeze?

Cheers

I had that happen a couple of years ago. I refroze them, and only some of them made it back. One really screwed up a batch, which I attributed to some weird mutation, no bacteria, good starter, etc. I'd make starters and bring them back as quick as possible.

I once had my frozen stock come up to ~40F before fixing the problem. I let them refreeze. I have since used two of them in recent batches and they seem to behave as expected.
