I'm getting ready to send my kegs out for some welding jobs and would like to see what everyone's look like. I am mainly interested in the locations of the couplers on each vessel including outputs returns and HERMS circulating in/out ports.

As always I appreciate your input. Now it's time to show up your stuff :)

If I could afford to I would. Your work is very nice and something I much would like to have. But unfortunately I am going to gamble and have a friend of a friend do them. Worse case scenario the weld job will be free, but the quality I hope will be near my expectations :drunk:

If there is gas on the back side and the weld doesn't leak then the job is solid. Any burn through on a properly back gassed weld, will be good to go.

I wish you the best.:mug:

Edit: I am gonna let others comment on the placement ideas for you. Truth is I don't know much about the different setups and all the HERMS, HEX, RIMS, and the such. Until my current build I have just direct fired my keggles.
