I bottled my first all grain batch today. I ended up with only four gallons but in my haste I primed the four gallons with 2/3 cup dextrose (typical 5 gallon amount). It's a clone of BJ's Belgian Grand Cru. I know alot of Belgian beers are highly carbonated but will the priming oversight give me Belgian Alka-Seltzer?

It'll be pretty carb'd up.
By the way, don't measure priming sugar by volume...always go by weight.

if you go by volume, you'll be off sometimes. it may be compacted sugar, so you'll have too much at 2/3. or if its sifted too much, it'll be fluffy and you may undercarb.

Thanks for the comment. I guess I'm going to invest in a scale. Any suggestions?

Target, Walmarts and Meijer's all sell digital kitchen scales for about 19.99 they measure both in ounces and grams...and go up to about 4 pounds.

Mine's like this one.
