Possible new brewing app

My brewclub is considering making an app for members. I personally use Brewsmith 2.0 while a few other members use ProMash. Our last meeting we did a brainstorming session and came up with a survey. Initially, we were just going to ask members to participate but I figured a wider audience might be better. If initerested, fill out the short mulitple choice survery. Thanks.
