Possible leak in co2 manifold?

I have a 2 way co2 manifold. It's kind of strange because if I have the red switch on one at a little bit of an angle I hear some co2 coming out of the hose. But if I just have it at the on position a 180 degree angle there is no co2 escaping. What should I do?
