Possible issue with 2nd batch

I just brewed my 2nd extract kit. First one I did was a summer ale clone that is coming along nicely, it's been bottled for about a week and is tasting ok though it is a little lacking on flavor but still has at least a couple of weeks of conditioning so I'm sure it's fine.
The question comes in with my new batch which is a stout billed to be like guinness (the kit says normal guinness but just from the aromas and flavors of the ingredients before boiling and after it will be a lot more like the extra stout)
Here is the issue. I cook a lot and am in the habit of tasting everything, I tasted the wort at the end of the boil and it tastes very bitter and then strongly of almost soap, clear liquid soap to be exact. I'm not in panic mode at all as this beer obviously has a lot of processes and time to go through still. Is that how it should taste from the dark roasted specialty grains? (there was roasted barley and rolled barley) I don't think I steeped too hot but could that possibly cause this flavor? I also just found out that my squeezing out the grain bags is bad (won't do it again, live and learn) So is this flavor normal of a stout wort or did I screw up?

Wort almost always tastes more bitter than what the beer will actually be like. As for the soap flavor I'm not sure . Depending on your taste you may be perceiving some tannins or astringency. The beer will change considerably so no need to worry about it now.

I do seem to have a high sensitivity to certain forms of bitterness in food so maybe thats it. Raddiccio (the burgundy cabbage in salad) is almost totally in-edible for me. Funny then that any good IPA is my favorite beer to drink. Wait and see is probably the best option. In either case it's fermenting quite nicely now as I type.
