Well I have just finished brewing my porter and it smelled amazing while I was cooking it with perle hops and target hops the aroma was beautiful. My choc grains and crystal grains where nice aswell. I can't wait to bottle it and I can't wait to taste it. Who loves a beautiful porter??

I do! I try to make at least one porter and one stout in the fall but I leave them in the bottle for a couple months before I start drinking them because that is when they start to get really good. Make sure to save back a few for 6 months or more to see how that flavor keeps changing.

Sounds good fellas I will leave my porter as long as I can. I have 120 stubbies ready for drinking so my porter can wait as long as It can.. My all grain golden ale tastes sensational. Talk soon!! Cheers..
