Brewing a porter tomorrow, trying to decide on water mods.
OG 1.062, ~38 IBU, 34 SRM, 5 gallon batch.
I'm still learning how to use Bru'n Water, start with 100% RO. I was considering the London water profile versus the "black balanced" or "black bitter" profiles.
Thoughts?
