Popped a hole in Wyeast Pack

I just went in to pop the yeast nutrient on a Wyeast actvator pack and popped a pinhole in the package. Will this be usable or should I drive to the shop and get another? Some body better hurry with a response

Was the thing that punctured it and the package sanitized?
In any event, I'd pitch to a starter and roll w it.

Go ahead and use it. While its activating I'd put it in a ziplock bag just as a precaution.
