I did not make up this recipe but i tryed it and its great for a partial mash..If you have not graduated into all grain yet this is a great partial mash recipe if you like "duvel" I mashed for 90 mins at 148F..boiled for 90 mins and added the DME and candi sugar at the end of boil to minimize carmelization..Add 1st addition of hops at the 60 min mark and the finishing hops 5 mins before flame out..Try to boil at most volume you can with little top off water..It turned out great..not too far off from duvel itself...peace

1 oz Styrian Goldings-1st addition
1 oz saaz-finishing
