Pomegranite Beer?

Anyone ever see/taste/make a good pomegranate beer? I have a tree and so many go to waste because we can't eat them all when they get ripe.

Never had anything even close. I would think juicing and straining for secondary would work. I'd try it if I had a tree. Shoot, I'd try one of yours

Do you think I should sanitize the fruit and then juice the seeds in a sanitized container, or will the yeasties be aggressive enough to get through the shell of the pomegranate seeds?
