I'm brewing my third annual Pomegranate Wheat and want to try a new approach. I'm gonna start with Northern Brewer's Witbier recipe, skipping the orange peel and coriander seed. I want to add a pomegranate extract at the end of the boil, and 32oz of POM juice in secondary. I'm just having a hard time finding an extract and i'm not sure how much to use. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
