just throwing this out there:
10 gal (11 before trub loss)
24 lbs Great western pale
1.5 lb carafa special 1
1.5 lb Carmel 120
1 lb chocolate malt
.5 lb Roasted Barley
1 lb flaked oats
.5 biscuit malt
90 min boil
1 oz columbus at 60
3 oz polaris @20
3 oz polaris @ 5
3 oz polaris 20 min whirlpool @ 140
should be 1.75 og, 60 ibu, and 38 srm
3 litre wlp 001 starter
am I going wrong anywhere here? looking for a light imperial stout with a thin mint profile
