First time in a while that I'm making something that isn't a Skeeter pee or apple wine base. Plumb and apricots are ridiculously cheap so I had to start making a wine.
Doing something between Jack Keller and Emma Christensen's plum wine recipe.

Surprisingly, there is ANOTHER plumb (cider) recipe on this site!

But more seriously, the term for the fruit plum provides many more and tastier recipes than those with the word plumb, which refers to plumbers plumbing. (insert limerick here.)
