Plum wine recipe?

I am looking for a Plum wine recipe. I have an Italian plum tree that is ready for the picking. My apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum.

I have not tried any of these particular recipes, but Jack Keller usually has good recipes from the other recipes of his I have tried.
