Plum wine recipe and questions.

Hey everyone, I've done some beer, mead and spirit washes but have a extremely large plum tree which is starting to ripen and was wanting to make a plum wine. Any recipes, tips and pointers would be appreciated. I've got a 30L fermenter and 12L fermenter. I also have some Mead yeast(M05 I believe) would that be any good to use?
