I need a bit of advice... can you tell me the recomended tempreture range for plum wine fermentation?
recipe
4 lbs plums
2 lbs sugar
6 pints of water
1/2 tsp pectalose
1 tsp yeast nutrient
5g of muntons wine yeast with 50ml of look warm warer.
x this by 3 as i'm making 15Lts for next Christmas time.

Every yeast strain has an optimum temp range, some strains like it warm & others like it cool or even cold; so it really does depend on which strain you're using. You should be able to find out the optimum range from the yeast packet or the muntons website.
