I bought some seeds in gibberellic acid ga3 dip, it's been 1 week and not germinated.
1) takes how long?
2) still waiting?
3) have to put in the fridge? It won't kill the seeds by placing in the fridge? (I've used the acid

But now that I've used acid, can I put in the fridge or going to kill?

Yes, still put them in the fridge. As I had mentioned to you before, treatment with GA does not circumvent the process of cold-stratification altogether, it just reduces the time necessary for stratification. At least 4 weeks is needed to break the physiological dormancy of the seeds. The earliest I've had seeds germinate is 5 weeks.

Best of luck!
