Ot sure what is wrong with my hops. Yellow leaves at bottom of vine that are dying!!! Under / over watered? Under / over fertilized? My hops right next to this plant are perfect. Hops dying five feet up

I had a similar issue several weeks ago. I cut back drastically on my watering and everything greened right up again. I am running drip irrigation and was running every day for 45 minutes or so in the morning. I changed to every 2 to three days and the problems cleared up. Hope this helps.

nothing is wrong... hop plant leaves brown and die off at the bottom of the vine. I have 1st year plants that are all 15'+ and all the bottom 3' of leaves have browned and died off but all are producing a good amount of hops. I've already cut, dried, and brewed with Chinook, Cascade, and my Nugget cones.

Great - thanks all! That's great to know.
