please help me use my hops

Evening all.
I've some hops to use up :-

Chinook.___________13.4______About 60g
Saaz_______________3.85_____About. 40g
Amerilo.____________9.2______About. 30g
Galaxy._____________16.5_____About 40g
Challenger._________8.1______About. 20g

Opened but resealed and stored in a chest freezer.

I'm out of grain so I can buy what is needed, any recipe/suggestions for a Summer drink would be much appreciated.

I'd probably do 2 separate brews with those hops for summer, maybe like this:

1) wheat or low gravity saison - like in 1.052 range
20 g challenger at 60
20 g saaz 10 min
20 g saaz at flameout
that should give you about 25 IBU's

2) American pale ale - something with a light grainbill in 1.055 range
15 g Chinook at 60
15 g Chinook/15 g Amarillo at 10
15 g Chinook/15 g Galaxy flameout
15 g Chinook/15 g Amarillo/25 g Galaxy dry hop
should be in the 45 IBU range though could be a little more if you steep the flameout for any length of time

That's kind of off the top of my head. You could pick the grainbills of your choice or I have some I've done if you need more specific recipes (you don't mention extract/PM/all grain).

Edit: these are assuming 5gal/19 liter range batch sizes

I would use the Chinook and Amarillo in an IPA and compost the other three. But that is me.
