i have had hacker pshorr weisse dark in secondary for about one month , 4days in 40 degrees and it is still very cloudy ,you cannot see light from a powerful flashlight from other side, what can i do to clear this?
Some cloudiness is inherent in the weissbier style. It's a product of the heavy use of wheat malts and the low flocculating yeast strains used in most wheat beers.
