So, I've made one batch of AG thus far (bottled last wknd) and understood a majority of the "new" steps. Now, I've got a recipe I'd like to make and it requires a mash at 122F for 25 min and 152F for 90 min. Here's the rookie question...how do I pull this off?? It's not clicking for me. I'm getting confused w/ the two different temps!
