Just kidding. It looks like either yeast rafts and/or CO2 bubbles. Nothing to worry about.

I just did a Pilsner Urquell clone...same thing.
 
IF it is an infection, they generally work slow in alcohol environments (except acetobacter - vinegar).

If you are concerned. If it tastes OK, package, allow to carb for a couple of weeks (check a bottle by drinking), then keep cool and drink quickly.

If it is acetobacter, you will know by tasting it now.
