So this is happening to my beer. It's a coopers lager. And has just started to show some strange dots on top of the Brew. Just kidding. It looks like either yeast rafts and/or CO2 bubbles. Nothing to worry about.

I just did a Pilsner Urquell clone...same thing.

I don't think this is a co2 issue. A film a formed on the top, with a little shake of the carboy something starting falling. Sorry, it is an infection.
Also, fyi, in secondary there should be zero head space. You look a gallon or so(?) shy of the top edge of the neck.

IF it is an infection, they generally work slow in alcohol environments (except acetobacter - vinegar).

If you are concerned. If it tastes OK, package, allow to carb for a couple of weeks (check a bottle by drinking), then keep cool and drink quickly.

If it is acetobacter, you will know by tasting it now.
