This is my first attempt at a pumpkin ale. I took bits a pieces from a few recipes I found.
Malt-
10lbs 2row
2lbs. Munich
1lb Crystal 80L
1lb Honey malt
1/2lb. Cara-pils
6lbs. Pumpkin purée (added at beginning of boil)
Spices-All spices added with 5 minutes left in boil
2.5 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1.5 tsp. Nutmeg
1.5 tsp. Allspice
