Storage space is a premium for me so rather than buying a 50ft coiled chiller I am going to go with a B3-23A 20 Plate Beer Wort Chiller with 1/2 barbs for wort and garden hose hookups. Figure it should last me and store away easily. Question I have is with the tubing. I see a lot with what looks like DudeaDiesel braided PVC tubing rated up to 150 degrees. Will this be adequate or is there something else I should be looking for to run from the kettle spigot to the plate?

+1 on the silicone tubing. Your LHBS should have it, or you can get it online from many of the homebrew shops. Bargainfittings.com and Brewhardware.com also sell it.
