I ordered three extract kits from Austin Homebrew, who I have heard very good things about. However, I have always been a Northern Brewer guy and have never had trouble. I wanted to do some clones so I ordered the Guiness Extra Stout, the Hoegaarden and the Harpoon Winter Warmer clones. I just wish I could see the the full recipe before my shipment comes in, it doesn't tell me what kind of hops or the kind of malt extract that I will be getting. It doesn't say any of that, is there any way to see it before it shows up at my door?
