BrewBakers in Huntington Beach, CA. Are you looking for a place or just compiling a list? If so, also check out google like mentioned above. I'm sure there are a number of them.

Yeah, they are around, but why go to all that trouble unless you are homeless?
You can brew at home on almost any kitchen stove, just scale down to 3 or 4 gallon batches. There's a thread on here for 1 gallon brewers.
Its really not that hard, doesn't make any more mess than regular cooking and its more fun to accomplish things on your own.

Brew Lab KC in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area). They have everything you need and offer group classes. I go for ingredients since I brew at home, but if I was forced to move somewhere I couldn't brew, it would be an option.

I have been to Gallaghers many a time, but not to brew. Excellent set up though. I would just pop in when I was downtown, have a few pints and shoot the **** with other brewers

I know someone that joined a club in the chicago area which had its own brewing facilities. I think you just had to schedule time to use the equipment and maybe reserve space in the fermenting area. No other details about it though.

Are there homebrew shops in the US or places with brewing equipment where anyone can brew beer, wine, or anything? I've only seen this place in Washington: http://www.whereubrew.com/

Any others like it?

If you specified your location you'd get better replies I suspect. Many of the LHBS in the central & south New Jersey area offer brew on premises and some even give classes. The ones I know best are Love 2 Brew, BYOB and Keg and Barrel.
