I mean, we have banged out a nice chunky 7 pages today. That's pretty good progress.
Saw some JP GRs on the shelf in Vegas last time I was there. Blew my mind.Think I still have 1 of these in the cellar that Im ow realizing is like 2.5 years old, jeeze.![]()
In case the second requirement doesn't apply to me, the unspoken third requirement of being capable of naming a sportspuck player rules me out.Guys, given how well everyone in this thread gets along, it's time for a giveaway. I just ran down to my "local" (RAR Brewing), and grabbed a bottle of Barrel Aged 1st Meal. It's a breakfast stout with smoked malt, coffee, and maple syrup. Frankly, I like Non-BA 1st Meal better, but they didn't have that.
I'll round out the box with a basic Cantillon, as well as some other MD beers.
Requirements are 1) You have to have posted in this thread multiple times before, or have Pittsburgh ties (Stubs), and 2) You're not an ********.
Since some of you have witnessed my impassioned (and statistically backed) defense of how important Kris Letang is to the Penguins, we will go with hockey themed questions:
1) Who was my favorite non-Penguin player growing up? (Defenseman)
2) Who was my go-to team in NHL '94 that I dominate everyone with? (Not the Penguins)
Guess as many times as you want.
* hornydevil I don't think you're an ******* anymore...
You're not wrong on the beer being East Bank with blackberries. However, the collaboration was with Mile High Wine & Spirits, which I believe is a store in Denver.I had a blackberry farms collab with Casey and it was tight butthole. JimmyWimms can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was East Bank base with blackberries. Much enjoy.
Have any of you ******s had the JP collabs with Monkish or Holy Mountain? They're yuge wants.. eh, Matthouse3?

2/3 any decent IPA & 1/3 Radler is a killer mix.
I'm convinced anyone who has had an Upland beer has had their stomach acids destroyed and replaced by Upland's cultures.I had Persimmon Ship...

You're at the top of my wants list.
You forgot 3 shots of Green Spot1/3 Modelo Chelada, 1/3 GF Radler, 1/3 reasonably decent mehdiocre IPA, 1/3 chew spit = The McMatt7
You're at the top of my wants list.
If your version of "going off" means looking more and more stupid with every word then that's certainly what you did.going off on Shuggy

WRONG! That is the highest valued beer. By definition, it's the best. Go back to being wrong somewhere else.Drinking the IBS.
The bottle foamed over a bit, which was annoying but no other effects other than a little cleanup. Was really my fault. I opened it over the sink having heard this is a possibility but prematurely thought it was fine and sat it on the counter.
Anyway, this is really good. Really coffee forward, so if that's not your thing you won't like it. I don't get nearly as much barrel as the first two beers I opened from this collection and for that reason I probably like it the least. There's nothing wrong with it necessarily, just less "Voodoo" than the other two.
Can't wait to get to the black magicks.
