I cant believe no one mentioned the Mar Gueuze release. I'm already in line for that one.

**** . . . I already found out. Hop Farm beer with barrel-aged and fresh Margot (a kettle soured beer).

That place should be burned down for even suggesting that this beer is a gueuze.

Even though Apis blows and the collab with Caliente was bad (Everyone's collab with Caliente is bad), I'm still holding out for Beard of Bees from Spoonwood just because of how good Undead Goon was.

Preach.

Anybody know anything about the beard of bees release at spoonwood this Sat? Specifically how much per bottle? Think I might go check it out.

Additionally, if anybody wants me to grab them a bottle, lmk. Apparently no limit. Though I'm not planning on showing up earlier than they open, so don't necessarily bank on me actually getting any.

Hey Ben, if you could grab me 2 bottles, that would be awesome. I can paypal you whenever.

Again, no guarantees, but I'll give it hell. Are you gonna be at voodoo for the barrel aged tap takeover for pcbw? Can meet up then. Or whenever.

Trying to decide if I want to deal with that crazyness or not but Ill probably be there. If not, I can stop in Voodoo another day.

You guys may have already talked about this, but HOLY ******* **** is the events feed for PCBW terrible. Is there a better list of events somewhere?

I think I gave a critique on the site last year and it looks like it hasn't changed. The site is just hard to navigate and figure out what is going on. The idea seems pretty straightforward as a web site; display events. I'm not sure why they can't get it right. Most likely they don't want to pay anyone to do it properly and took a stab at it.

Am I wrong or is almost everything at Caliente and a lot of things have nothing to do with Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania?

Yeah . . . it's a horrible mess of a thing. I think it's because they want to give the sponsors a large amount of screen space, but that TOTALLY ***** with the page being readable. A list of events with a small description of each in normal text would work great. No logos or pics needed.

I really hope the guy who designs the website does 't do it for a living, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case.

He does, it's the President who maintains it and refuses to change. Make sure to hit up Fresh Brewed Media Gold level PCBW sponsor for all your design needs! #brianmeyerweek
