Yeah I believe Strongwater was one of the first to get shut down, which is a shame, because that group provided endless entertainment. A bunch of the other groups changed their names to not have beer in the title. I had a feeling this was going to happen sooner or later though.

Hey, if it gets people to slow down or stop mueling and get back to drinking, I am all for it!!

How is MBP not 1:1 with '14 assassin yet? I'll never understand beer trading... that's probably one of the few beers that I'd consider giving up a MBP for.

Assassin has been around a lot longer and is more of a proven commodity at this point. Never had it so I can't comment on the comparison in quality but at this point, MBP is still viewed as a flavor of the week. Patience, grasshoppa.

I think we all feel this way. In fact I feel like their quality has gone down hill in the last year and a half. The beers that I enjoyed from them before have gone the opposite way. For instance I loved the Chocolate Covered Cherry Stout when I first had it in 2014 but in 2015 and 2016 it lost its chocolate and cherry flavor. I didn't even finish the most recent version.

It's hilarious to me that everything that EE does is never on time. They wanted to open their new location by the end of March... March has come and gone...

I thought you were going to go in a different direction with this....like they seem to follow trends, rather than set them. They respond to what's happening around them in the scene rather than push to be at the front of that change.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I find it very hard to believe that any american wild ale can compare favorably with much easier to obtain and cheaper lambics like 3F, Cantillon, Tilquin, and Girardin gueuze.
