Just since no one else has said it yet, I thought the system today at Voodoo was absolutely perfect. Huge thanks to the entire staff for all of their hard work.
The beer was definitely worth the morning wait. Especially ABGNVP and MBP.

Voodoo's Unrefined IPA (that stands for India Pale Ale) a hazy beer using Galaxy and Mosaic is one of the best new beers I have tried during PCBW (that stands for Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week) so far!

Seriously though, thanks. I pretty much suck at the Facebook/Twitter stuff, but I enjoy being on forums anyway. I figure if we can continue to work on the beer and keep you guys informed of what's new and interesting then maybe we can get real beer people interested in CBW (that stands for Church Brew Works) again.

This Thursday we'll be putting on kegs of our new batch of Thunderhop Extreme Double IPA, bad name, good beer. 10% Galaxy Double IPA. We'll also tap our kegs of the Big Boots Gose from the Pink Boots of Western PA.

I recall you telling me all about this at Voodoo Dan, and I have to say what Art and you put together sounds amazing. My hat is off to you for putting so much effort into this and getting Pittsburgh selected. What were the cities in the final selection?

People over there have gotten lazy as hell. There was a bunch of talk, about different cities, but it ended up just being between us and Southwest Michigan.

Smallman Galley in the Strip is really good for beer. Got to try G-Funk Friday and most of the PCBW Collabs on Friday night. Also, 1/2 off drafts (and cocktails, I believe) from 4-6 during the week. Tough to beat local drafts for 3-4 bucks. Have never seen Voodoo stuff there, though.

I tried to go there maybe 2 weeks ago, on a weekday. Google Maps said it was open, but we looked in the window and it didn't look open. Will try again though.
