I agree with all of this. Was a huge fan of the Liopard when it first came out. Was going to try and keep a few bottles in my cellar at all times until they started exploding. Drank what I had and have never bought another bottle of it. I know they have corrected that issue, and just never revisited it.

Had the Ulster on Nitro once and it was pretty damn delicious. Definitely and underrated beer

Dang never had one explode. Still have a few in the cellar

The fruited versions of Liopard Oir they did a few years back were really tasty and underrated.

Agreed. Still have one of each in the cellar including super rar pineapple oak aged

Come on people. Want to hear about the line??

How was house of 1k event last night ? Had a work banquet for the wife's job or that was one I wanted to check out

Final Cycle 2016 rankings:

Monday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday

Tuesday

Monday would prob be the only one I'd actively seek out again. What people want for Wednesday is absurd for what the beer actually is imo. Thursday and Friday were close - not bad but a noticeable drop from Wednesday

Thanks, nhindian ; will post my descendants after cruising the week myself. Did Pallet 1 and 5 this AM with dszok on a joint family road trip. Had Pallet 5 edged out Pallet 1--prefer cognac over cinnamon. The latter had a toffee sweetness that may be more attractive to those who love the cinnabombs; still good.

Soooooooo sad about Voodoo today, but relieved to avoid the inevitable fight that would've no doubt taken place in my household, when arguing to attend.

I love beer. Just saying. But then I'm two Pallets deep.

Nice, I have a Pallet 5, Nooner 9, and Whalez left from that trade so I'm interested to see how they are. Can't say I've had many cognac BA beers - or cognac in general - but seems interesting.
