I put my 5 month old flanders red on oak last night and racked a fresh batch onto the yeast cake. should i pitch more sacc or just let it ride?

I'd let it ride. That sour will be pretty intense on the new batch, though, so depends on how sour you want the new batch to be.

I would do some sacc. I've done it both ways and always prefer the one that has some fresh sacc.

After 2 days it started showing activity, it's blowing off nicely now.
