Sounds awesome. I like to mix hefe's and squirt, I've never had it with a pils though.
It's basically this:

If I ever homebrew I would only learn how so I could brew my own pils. FATSH1TTY if you decide to brew and want someone to mess things up and drink your beer hmu.

Sounds good to me man, I have all the gear and whatnot to brew. It’s all grain, and we can lager the damn thing in the keezer even..

Let me hunt around for my old Pilsner recipe. It was very Pilsner urquell like if I remember and simple to do other than I think I step or decoction mashed it. Can’t remeber I was drunk.

Stay tuned.

Looks like a couple places in Seattle (Queen Anne Beerhall) and Portland (Belmont Station, Bailey's Upper Lip) have had it shipped over in the past.

I'm pretty sure BeerMongers got some too. I was at Belmont and Upper Lip both times they got their kegs. At Upper Lip there was even the Czech-style tap handle which allowed the all-foam milk pours.

Is this very new? I don't think I have seen that anywhere in SoCal.

I think so. I’ve just started seeing it in the past 1-2 weeks. With the second Sierra Nevada brewery in N.C., I’m guessing it got to our market a little faster. Or maybe it’s all being brewed in N.C.?

Either way, it’s really tasty and should be widely available soon.

This is a great daily drinker. I’ve had a few on tap since it started showing up here. They are also selling 6 packs for $9.

Nice, very interested on seeing if this is around here anytime soon.

My understanding is that it's NC and Northern California only for the time being. It's damn delicious though
