pile of stuff on craigslist inHouston

Is it just me, but does this not look like that great a deal? I would like to have some of this stuff, but some of it looks kinda strange. Like the plastic bucket all grain set up. The mill looks problematic as well.
Any of you guys recognize this stuff.

Looks like a decent deal... especially with all the kegging stuff included.

hmmm....kinda expensive. No brewpots, keggles, etc.? Not sure about the mill, but you could get that kegging system (one tank) brand new for 250. The rest of the stuff (bottle tree, bottles) is just fluff.
