PID controller Options

Im looking to get some PIDs for a control panel. Was just gonna do the 20 dollar Amazon special. What are you guys using for boil kettles? I'm building this http://www.instructables.com/id/Electric-Brewery-Control-Panel-on-the-Cheap.
with some obvious alterations.

mypin td4-snr or td4-ssr is the best bang for the $26...it has manual mode to control a steady boil. and you dont have to convert everything to Celsius to use it!
