So this is my first home brew. Head lasted almost 20 mins. Steady stream of bubbles from the bottom of the glass. The taste was wonderful. I'm proud to call this my first.

Thanks everyone. I'm proud of it went to open a second bottle and damn didn't chill it. It would have been a shame to let it go to waste.

Damn that's clear beer. Good work!

My 1st beer head didn't last quite 20 mins. It was drunk, refilled, and drunk again by that point!

I am sitting in my brewing room with the pot boiling and thinking.. man my first 5 attempts were not nearly that nice.

Good work and glad it worked out for you.

Great job!.

Flavors certainly improve as temperature rises above 40F. Get a bottle of Chimay Red when you run out of beer. Try it at 45F, 50F, 55F: I think that you'll find a "sweet spot" between 50F - 55F.
