Ok, I am beating my head against a wall trying to decide which option to choose. I want a ferm chamber to hold 4 batches. I have 3 options available with equipment I already have.
1. Tap into adjacent fridge and use blower to cool chamber
-don't really want to cut holes in fridge because it is newer and used to house overstock foods
2. Use older ac unit to cool chamber
-not thrilled about the idea of it warming up my garage any more though
3. Use a 1.7 cu ft fridge to cool the area with a fan circulating air
-not a big deal, but I would lose my fridge at work, oh well.
The most important aspect is I want to do this with almost nothing out of my pocket, so don't go suggesting another fridge/freezer etc. I prefer to work with what I have. (Read between the lines:SWMBO is already unhappy with all I have spent this year on equipment) If you can give me some of your input if you have one of these designs please do. If you can give something you would have done different please do.
Thanks.
