Yep, no problem. I was trying to decide if I'd go so I knew the info already. Looking towards no since I'd rather see Civil War than go drinking by myself.

I'm gonna have a few hours to kill in Philly tomorrow evening. Looks like a 7ish to 10ish window. I was thinking about going to a Phils game, but it looks like they're in Miami. So that's out.

Anything particularly exciting going on, or should I maybe just hit Tired Hands and call it a trip?

So far beer week is looking pretty lackluster this year... I guess CBC brought out all the crazy events

Even though it's only 2 weeks away there are still probably events missing. However, I have heard that you're correct and CBC did clean out a lot of breweries. On top of that, they all just traveled here so a lot of people aren't coming back unlike other years.

Going to be in Philly visiting the family from June 16th-25th this summer. All of my obligations with them will be done Monday afternoon on the 20th, so if any Philly area TB'ers were thinking about planning to a Hill Farmstead, Boston, Maine, etc.. beer trip for a day or two and needed someone to ride shotgun with them then please message me about it. Really hoping to finally travel up that way to check out some breweries since I've never been. Will obviously generously pitch in for all expenses to make it easier on your end. Let me know. Cheers!!!

Hommage was apparently at a few places last weekend.

At this point I feel like you've just gotta get lucky? Bottles don't seem to last long as soon as they are checked in....

any cool lambic around at any bars in Philly? i'm finally off on a saturday and all i wanna do is drink lambic haha
Monk's will always have something (usually a safe bet for Tilquin, 3F, Oud Beersel, etc.). The Brandon Hartranft/Lee Maida places sometimes have cool bottles (Strangeloves, Memphis Taproom, Local 44, etc.). Maybe some of the Bella Vista joints like Bainbridge Barrel House or Cambridge? Probably others I'm missing.

I also saw a post from The Churchville Inn that they had bottles of Hommage. Just outside the city but every time I've been there the tap list and bottles are awesome.

Not even Beersel or Boons or Hannsenns? I've never seen that. If that's how things have gotten I'm surprised.
I think I just got unlucky and it was also a long while ago, like over a year ago. But no, I didn't see anything that time. People are vultures now, man.

Breakthru Beverage? Most people don't have a clue what that is since it's Wine/Spirits and not beer
Yes. And thus why I was asking if anyone was going, I assume there are some philly area bar staff who read this forum who would know what breakthru was/going as well.
