it's been a long night brewing. it's pretty intense when you get going....i've been doing the all grain style only and love the aromas and evertything.

i would like to know if anyone has harvested wild stout yeast in the philly area as i'd like to start a yeast bank this side of the pond. people are pushing the eat local buy local thing, thought i'd like to drink local too!!

anyway, i posted a recipe which i will have results for in about 2-3 weeks which is based on average percentages of grains in an x amount of y style beer. of which i will be digressing from to learn about the art of brewing beer.
