Newbie here with an issue getting beer out of these containers. I have a Danby single tap kegerator with a Sankey D connector. I have had no issue using standard 20 litre steel kegs to date. I just purchased two 30 litres non returnable Petainer plastic kegs of beer from an out of province brewery (2 hours away) and my Sankey D connection does not seem to penetrate the tanks. Checking the trouble shooting page on the Petainer site they identify the issue as possible a short plunger or a 19MM versus a 20 MM plunger in the connector. No idea what brand Sanke D is included with the Danby. Anyone experienced this issue? don't want to purchase a name brand connector unless I am sure it will resolve this issue. Spoke with brewery where I purchased tanks and they state they have no issues using their connectors on these tanks. Could the issue be a cheap knock off connector? The brewer has stated they will take the tanks back if I cannot resolve this. Thank you advance
