If bottles are hard,firm is there any point to waiting any longer to put in fridge?
 
hard bottle only means the head space in the bottle is filled with co2, not the beer. If you're in a hurry you can chill one and test it before chilling the whole batch, but even if one is carbed doesn't mean all are. I'd wait 2-3 weeks before chilling, it'll be worth it.
