iam working on fri and sat 2-10pm.
i can pick it up sat morning or sun around 4pm.
If you can swing that, might I ask you to pick up my loot? I can much easier swing down to Seymour if pressed for time than Brooklyn. I was planning a day for the Brooklyn trip hoping it might fall on one of my rare days off.

If not, I'll figger it out. :)

YES i can pick it up for you!

I can be around for pickups all day and evening Friday, and Saturday morning from 8-11am. I have family visiting from out of town after that, so if at all possible for pickups to happen during those times, that would be ideal.

I can make it after work on friday. Any time after 1pm you said, correct?

I can't say what time the delivery will happen yet; last time it was by early afternoon, but I think it just depends on what other deliveries the freight company has to make that day. I'm waiting on further information from NCM regarding the freight company and the delivery. I'll post additional info as soon as I receive it.

Just a heads up, possible big storm coming Friday. I'll do my best to get there Friday early afternoon and hope to escape before rush hour. I'm gonna bring a few brews if anyone else is interested in a trade I think it's be a perfect opportunity.

I can bring some stuff back if people need it, I'm surprised how quite the thread is considering how many people were earlier offering their hauling services. Anyway thanks again Josh, hope everyone shows up on Friday so you don't have a lot of bags to carry upstairs.

Thanks man -- yeah, if everyone could confirm that they'll be able to pick up or have someone pick up for them either Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning from 8-11am, that would be a big help. I'll pretty much be indisposed from Saturday at 11am until February 18, so if you want your grain before that, these days are the time to get it.

It looks like 20% chance of snow in Brooklyn on Friday, with an increased chance Friday night/Saturday morning. NJ is probably a different story...

Hey magnj, I have inherited "flananuts" pick up as he is in Florida. I will likely make the trip to Brooklyn Friday afternoon unless you would be willing to grab my grain and flans as well. Just a thought, we could meet at at that nice brew pub in Woodbidge, or anywhere for that matter. I'd gladly compensate you for your trouble. If it is too much hassle, I understand as well. Oh and don't worry, I'll be prompt and waiting on the jersey side at the location of your choice:mug:

Thanks mike

I really have no problem going except my car is a piece of crap. 90 mustang with summers on the rear and if I get caught in a snow storm I'll be in deep ****. I guess a couple hundred pounds of grain over the rear wheels would help though. I'll see if I can swap cars with a family member for the day, will keep you updated wilser.

I pick up shecky's and my grain on saturday around 9am.

Bohdan,
Would you be able to grab my stuff as well -- shecky was going to but he obviously won't be there. If you give it to him when you make the handoff he'll make sure it gets to me.

1 sack MO and 1/4 crystal 60. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jason

We do owe you in a large way. Sunday is more likely for me. PM me an address and/or phone number.

If he hasn't confirmed this by tomorrow, I'll plan on coming out Sat. AM.

sorry for the confusion, i thought we discussed this in a private message... I will be happy to pick up for you and bring your sacks to montclair..

In fact.. i have a brandy new set of Korean Snow tires on the Mazdaspeed, if anyone needs me to run bags to NJ let me know; wilserbrewer, magnj, flaunuts.. or anyone else i am already making the trek, it would not be a problem for me.. i live very close to Montclair State University and would be happy to help any fellow brewer. :mug: .. and i like the beer xchange idea...

OK, I plan to get there about 4.30 - 5 PM Friday, and can pick up NoVa's and mine.
That's 1 * CMC2002, 1 * BRD0758, and 2 * TFT101

I might take you up on that offer. Would it be ok for me to come early on Sunday?

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off sounding like an ass. We DID discuss via PM, but I just wanted to keep Josh in the loop as to what to expect. Don't think I'll have any homebrew to swap as my beergun just shipped today! But, I can guarantee I won't show up empty handed! :mug: For the record, I will def be willing to haul some grain the next go around...Potentially organizing a future buy, as I have access to a warehouse with loading dock in NW NJ!

where are you located ajf? I just now read your PM (I'm slow on that stuff). If you could grab my stuff I could meet you right after I get out of work (usually between 5:30-6) and help with your costs of course

I'm in Ridge, quite a way east of you.

I just sent you another PM. I'd be happy to pick yours up, and drop it off on the way back, but I need to know before I leave tomorrow at 2.30 PM

Yo everyone -- arrival times are noted -- but there's no buzzer at the building so you're going to have to call me on my cell when you arrive or when you are near. The number is 347*661*0547. Godspeed!

Alright pickled thanks a lot, just shoot me a PM with your contact info. My list is on the front page, let me know who ends up breaking the bags down so I can shoot them a few bucks on paypal.

DELIVERY UPDATE!!!!

I just got off the phone with someone at the trucking company. They weren't even planning to deliver today for some reason. It was noted on their shipping order that the delivery was supposed to be made today, but somehow that didn't mean much to them. The woman I spoke with was very understanding that you guys have made plans to pick up the malt today, and said she is going to do everything she can to make it happen. She's going to call me back with more info, but said it might take a while before she can confirm everything.

For those of you who were planning to pick up on the earlier side today, you may want to see about the possibility of bumping that back to later today or tomorrow morning. Before any of you make the trip, please call me at 347*6610547 to make sure you don't show up before the pallet does.

Sorry for the inconvenience; NCM had reassured me several times that everything was set for delivery today, and I tried several times yesterday afternoon to get ahold of someone at the freight company to confirm, to no avail.

I'll post any updates as I receive them.
