So, I'm looking into brewing on a budget and since I don't have the resources for AG beer brewing, I thought I'd dust off my wine kit and give it a shot.
In the spirit of frugality, I'd want to try to find produce and fermetables on special when I could. I frequently see peppers (Bells, Pablanos, Anaheim, etc) on special at a local farmer's market grocery store and thought, 'Hey, roasted pepper wine?' Did some (very) quick research and found a simplified method
Any thougths??
