Hello everyone! Nice to meet you!

Let me just say thanks first and foremost! I've been browsing your community non-stop since I found it, and the wealth of information is astounding!

I'm a chefs apprentice, and I'm hoping the culinary background translates a few basic skills into my brewing. I haven't quite gotten started yet, as I'm waiting on my tax return to purchase my initial equipment. I've got ample space, a ton of ambition, I'm fairly handy, and I'm open to suggestions!
 
Cool man,you'll find that brewing is probably less work for you than cooking.
Although it requires more patience!
