Peaches & Cream Ale

I'm currently putting the final touches on my recipe. The neighborhood ladies decided that they want a fruit beer and peach was their choice. I think this could really be a winner, stay tuned for the recipe...

I did a Peach Wheat last summer that turned out well, interested to see how your version varies from that

4.50 lbs Rahr 6-Row
4.50 lbs Weyermann Pale
2.25 lbs Flaked Corn
1 - 49oz can Oregon Peach Puree (Primary)
2 oz Olive Nation Pure Peach Extract (bottling)

0.50 oz - Magnum X 60
0.25 oz - Magnum X 20

Wyeast 1450 @ 65F

I did a peach blonde last summer. It turned out really good. I was luck to have fresh peaches donated to me by a friend that grew them. I used galaxy hops and they complimented the peaches perfectly.
