Hey there, I've been considering making a peach Belgian whit recently, but since I live in an area of the country where peaches are grown abundantly and I can get them fresh off of the tree.So I'm thinking of making a slightly darker Belgian whit, and then adding peaches. Anyone done this? Once I've got a recipe written I will definitely log it an post the recipe for you all to tweak and perfect. Thanks
