How much do you use?
I treat it like powdered dishwasher detergent and use the dispenser cups in the door.
Suppose I load my dishwasher with glassware and load up the thing with PBW, does this work well as an alternative to cleaning glassware with Vinegar?
I use it from time to time you just want to make sure you don't use the "add heat" Cycle on the washer if you have one. PBW is not recommended at temps above 160 and a LOT of the newer washers will get well above that.

From the tech sheet.
"CIRCULATION CLEANING: Use 1 to 3 ounces per gallon depending on soil load.
Heat to 130° to 180° F for 30 minutes."
I used to also have a poster from Five Star listing the best use of their products with amount to use and desired temp. 170, IIRC, was a common number for brewery items. However, 150, was a common number for draft system cleaning. I think it has more to do with the materials being cleaned (and the soil type) than the chemicals.
