PBW and Compost Pile

Can I dump my PBW water on a compost pile?
I mean without growing a third eye when I eat my vegetables next summer?

From what I have read it is a mixture of:

OxiClean- sodium percarbonate (Na2CO3•H2O2), an adduct of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).[3]

TSB 90- Sodium Metasilicate, Pentahydrate

I've never read one that actually addressed the whole composting thing though.

Just out of curiosity, why is it going on the compost heap and not down your drain?

In Southern Colorado, it's so damn dry, that we actually have to water our compost for it to decompose. I figure, if I can use the water without growing 3 eyes, I might as well use it.
Although, my plumber also suggested filling up my sink frequently to flush the pipes, based that pdf, I think this is the preferred option.
