Hey guys, I have about a gallon of brewed kombucha ready to bottle but still have some from my last batch. I want to finish the last batch I made before I flavour and carbonate the next batch. (I need the swing top bottles)

I took the scoby out with about 2 cups of liquid and stored it in the fridge in an airtight glass container, and then I put a lid on the gallon of brewed kombucha and put it in the fridge.

Can I leave that in the fridge for a few days and then flavour, bottle it and leave it at room temp to carbonate?

Yes, but carbonation may take a bit longer than normal.

Make sure it doesn't over-pressurize in the fridge.
